I'm constantly thinking of Friday workwear, cos everyday Friday we can tear off the stiff pants/jacket look and show our personality!

A lot of the girls in my office make the effort on Friday.. maybe cos of a hot date in the evening or perhaps just because.

I just love the routine as it shakes off the doldrums of the long work week.

As a rule - it's NO BLACK on fridays.

I like to go with a nice dress or jeans/nice top.

But lately, i've been thinking -- why not an above-the-knee skirt?
As long as it's not mid-thigh level, it's still appropriate for the newsroom.
