On her husband who died in the 50s:
"I think about Bogey a lot, but I don’t say, ‘Oh I wish…" I don’t think that way. If you live that way, you lose today, and I feel that today is very important. It’s the only thing that matters, really. Just to see if you are going to make it to tomorrow…”
